The
Soul of Yoga
What is the soul of yoga? Follow your heart into
the center of the pose
and find in the midst of detail and precision,
in breath, alignment, balance, bliss, fear and sadness
at the very core of all of this is love.

Yoga Class Schedule
Tuesdays:
7:30pm at The Natick Organic
Community Farm
Drop-in $16.00
This class is a 1 ˝ hour class. We start with pranayama and meditation
and move into warm up with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) From
there we take off with standing poses to unleash the strength and
power of the foundation of the feet. This first part of class is
designed to awaken the feet and legs, the "Temples to the Spine".
As
we progress into twists, balancing poses and seated poses we begin
to draw the prana into the spine and awaken the subtle energy in
our midline, spinal centers. This is the work portion of class and
we may hold poses for a time. Great World Fusion and Trance music
in unison with your breath will deliver you to your bliss through
the re- awakening of your inner vitality. We can modify so most
levels are welcome! We head into cool down with moving meditation
and finally…stillness. This class ends with the "yoga of sound"
through mantra.
Saturdays:
9:30am at Wayland Wellness

more restorative pace. Lots of modifications are used making this
